We are entering huge and big bear market with spx targetting 583 or lower.
Huge deflation forces are the main reason for this big bear market.
uvxy will do exceptional well in the big bear market.
XIV will drop like a rock.
Fed could not handle this deflation forces. FED only deals with fed's dual mandates maximum employment and lower inflation but not deflation forces.
Fiscal policy will challenge the current monetary policy big time!
Technical speaking, both long term and short term displayed indeed we are heading this big bear market.

i dont think. if a deal is made , and the market's fear fades away , everything will be the same. sp500 may hit new peaks 1550. if not, we plunge and may reach 1200 in a short time. neither is bad perspective. to sit in a short position in vix from 30 to 200 is a good alternative and makes me a lot of money. hurry up, and lets fall in deep.
