    After a moderate bounce in the fortunes of Netflix (NFLX) this year, CEO Reed Hastings will see his salary quadrupled to $2M in 2013. Adding in stock options will bring total compensation to $4M, double that of 2012. Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos' salary will go to $2.2M in 2013 from $1M this year. (via footnoted)
