Monday, December 31, 2012, 9:30 AM ETAcacia (ACTG) continues its patent-buying spree (previous): the IP holding company has bought patents (likely standards-essential) relevant to 2G/3G/4G infrastructure gear and end-user devices from Nokia Siemens (NOK, SI). The deal comes shortly after an Acacia unit reached a licensing agreement with NSN. Nokia has been trying to better monetize its giant patent portfolio.
