    LodgeNet Interactive (LNET) has filed for bankruptcy protection as part of a plan in which Californian investment firm Colony Capital will take over 100% ownership of the provider of TV, Internet and other media services to hotels and health-care businesses. Colony will invest $60M to support LodgeNet, whose unsecured creditors will be repaid in full, while DirecTV (DTV) will extend its partnership with the company.
