Some details: Broadcom is estimated to supply 70%-75% of the tablet market's Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo chips, 35% of its GPS chips, and 60% of its touchscreen controllers; Qualcomm is estimated to provide 30%-35% of its power management ICs, 70% of its baseband chips, and 55% of its GPS chips; and Skyworks is believed to provide 30%-35% of its RF/front-end chips. Also, OmniVision (50%-55% image sensor share) is estimated to derive 19% of its sales from the tablet market. (smartphones)
