  • Revenue declining 4% is good news. That means that the stooges in the financial houses decide together how bad the picture could be and then edge the project down even farther. This gives the company a LOT of room to turn a loss into a psychological gain -- and allows them to sell more stock. If they don't sell stock, they have to look for a real job.

    It is a fixed game, celebrating looses as if they were earnings gains.
