    Netflix (NFLX) says it will carry previous version of Warner Bros. shows under a new content deal struck with Time Warner. The company believes it can lure in new customers with the prospect of watching hit drama series that may have been "intimidating" to tune into mid-run.

    This is a Jan 2013 announcement of multi-year old TV content that won't be available on Netflix until sometime next year 2014. Its one thing to announce a current hit movie being contracted for in future year when it hits the SVOD window but ... This smells like a secondary stock offering is around the corner.
