    Shares of Sears Holdings (SHLD) move up 2.6% in premarket trading after the company announces Eddie Lampert will take over the CEO role and guides its estimates for Q4 EPS higher. While comparable store sales fell off 0.2% for the recent nine-week period, Sears Domestic and Kmart increased online sales by 20% with new initiatives contributing.

  • and transition to RE quickly on his terms if recession hits he may have to act more desperately and extract less value.
    what has he been waiting for the last 2 years?
    he had a window of opportunity to get this company positioned correctly but he has squandered so far. hopefully he gets aggressive now making this a real estate centric company.
