That's above estimates of $264.2M and brings the total for 2012 to $838M. Regeneron forecasts that U.S. sales will grow 50%, leading to annual revenue of $1.26B and already beating a Citigroup prediction that Eylea would generate peak annual sales of $1.1B in 2021.
