Fusion-io (FIO -7.5%) falls hard on a downgrade to Market Perform from William Blair's Jason Ader. His checks indicate soft enterprise bookings, and that Intel's Ramsdale 910 server flash cards are gaining momentum. Ader notes the 910 is much cheaper than FIO's solutions, and that some believe it offers better write performance (ed: FIO's cards are known in part for their read performance). He adds the enterprise flash card market, demand for FIO's ioTurbine software, and partnerships with Cisco and NetApp are all developing slower than expected. EMC (EMC -1.1%) has also been downgraded.
