Actually Alcoa is a stock "traders" dream child. Buy in the low $8.00 range and sell in the mid $9.00 range. I've been doing this for the last 18 months and have been pretty darn happy with the results. Unless the outlook on global growth drastically changes, I see no reason why this scenario will change much moving forward.
