I work in the roofing industry on the distribution(like BECN) and shingle prices are up over 30% this year. Also OC is experiencing sold out conditions in the south, south east and mid-west with 2 price increases in the pipeline for july(10-12% each increase). Insurance claims are almost at 1 million roofs for hail and wind damage from these storms. It would appear they are headed for a blow out second quarter . Anyone else noticing this? I think this is a sleeper and this stock is going to get crazy this year.
