  • My, how precious.

AP is reporting that "troopers in the California State Highway Patrol will
no longer carry guns. They will use their 'conflict management' skills to persuade those creating conflicts to stop creating conflicts."

(I'm thinking the people of California will be dealing with the California Teacher's Retirement System for some time)

  • Gee, I thought teachers were supposed to be smart! I suppose they would have us depend on the Chinese to supply our military, police, hunters and just plain good folks with their firearms. Another good old American industry to destroy. Not well thought out plan, is it?

  • Well, stock is probably up a couple hundred percent from where they bought it and has paid special dividend. Never a bad idea to take profits. If these hypocrites really wanted to make statement perhaps they should donate all if their ill gotten profits on this company to a charity other than themselves and, you know, spread it around.

  • Wow...stocks is probably up a couple hundred percent from where they bought it and has already paid special dividends. Taking profits off the table never a bad idea. How very socially responsible of these hypocrites. Maybe they should donate all the profits they made on stock back and you know , spread it around.

  • Ever notice how a great majority of "gun violence" occurs where the law abiding population is generally disarmed by restrictive firearms laws?

Since the "Luby's Tragedy" in Texas, which eventual precipitated the "shall issue" Right to Carry Act, not much has occurred, including race riots.
