    UnitedHealth Care (UNH +1.9%) publishes the results of a two-year study extolling the benefits of its Diabetes Health Plan for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes, saying incentives were effective in increasing compliance with the scheme, thereby improving health. Healthcare costs rose at a 4% slower pace for participants than for a control group. (PR)

    Should the Cost of Healthcare factor in a Study of this Cost to the Public Entitlement such as how we calculate the cost of Medicare and Obamacare ?

    Is it reasonable to call for a further study into this and its effects on our healthcare costs and emotional and mental effects as well that overall cost our healthcare industry more and increase the costs on the Insurance industry ?
