JDS also says it has hired Nokia Siemens/Nortel vet Susan Spradley to be in charge of developing the company's telecom test/measurement product line - test/measurement sales fell 8.5% Y/Y in the September quarter. Jackson became interim CFO following the August resignation of David Vellequette. (PR)
