Shares of Post Holdings (POST -0.4%) and Kellogg (K -0.5%) both take on a little water after Goldman Sachs downgrades sector peer General Mills (GIS -2.3%) to Sell. The analysts at Goldman take a dour view of General Mills' new lineup of cereals slated to debut this year, a view which lines up with other estimates for soft growth in the segment for 2013 as it comes off of a year where unit sales of cold cereal fell 3%.
