    U.S. airlines' on-time performance improved in March, the Transportation Department reports, with Hawaiian Airlines (HA) edging United (UAL) for the best on-time rate. In the 11 months since new federal fines took effect, only 16 domestic flights have been delayed for more than three hours, vs. 689 flights in the 11 months before the fines started.

  • On time is important, but goodness...how much can it cost to provide a simple meal.....just put it in the ticket price, and sell it as a differentiator.
