Monday, January 14, 6:29 PM ETRobert Youngjohns, the head of H-P's (HPQ) now-infamous Autonomy unit, states in a memo his division will be cutting jobs, though it looks as if the cuts will be small relative to the 29K job cuts expected through FY14 as part of H-P's restructuring. Youngjohns adds Autonomy is looking to commercialize its Aurasma augmented reality/image-recognition platform, and is looking for ways to link Aurasma with H-P's PC and printing solutions.
