    The Boston Fed's Eric Rosengren (a voter this year on the FOMC) is full-bore dove, calling Fed policy "absolutely appropriate." Like John Williams yesterday, he views an inflation rate of 1.5% as a failure of Fed policy  - he wants it higher. One guesses he'll get his wish.
