Tuesday, January 15, 12:14 PM ETGSI Group (GSIG +8.3%) gains after saying it's acquired NDS Surgical Imaging, a producer of high performance visualization products sold to the surgical endoscopy and radiology markets, for $82.5M in cash. The company expects the transaction to be earnings accretive and to add more than $80M in revenue and nearly $12M of Adjusted EBITDA to GSIG's bottom line in FY13.
