    Fed Beige Book: "Trends in wages, prices, and employment conditions were relatively unchanged in the Federal Reserve Districts." Holiday sales grew modestly vs. last year, but were below expectations in the New York, Cleveland, Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco Districts.

    I'd like to think for all those many many $trillions they deployed US economy would be rocking; $ just doesn't go as far as it used to I guess.
