Wednesday, January 16, 4:08 PM ETCarl Icahn - the latest player in the Herbalife (HLF -2%) drama - renews his call for Bill Ackman's head after reports begin making rounds (again) that the mega-investor has in fact confirmed with his clients he'd taken a long position in the stock. Reports circulated last week that Icahn had already built a small stake in the company, which wouldn't surprise many considering the bad blood running between the two hedge fund giants.

I was worried that Ackman might be able to use his clout to influence someone in the SEC or FTC to take some kind of action against Herbalife. But now, it is clear to me, that there is more clout on Herbalife's side and Regulatory action against HLF seems very unlikely.
Now I wish I had invested more in HLF when it was in the low 30s. Oh well.
HLF will prosper through this and be stronger and more successful when this is all over. Go HLF
BTW, I'm long HLF.
I seriously doubt he is in this POS for the long term, same as Loeb and Chapman. Notice how every time someone drops their names on the long side, the stock quickly pops a few bucks and then sells off....i wonder who is selling into these frivolous PR's??
This stock will be under $10 in a few years and will be all but forgotten by Wall St.
Sell it, twice if u can!!
