C missed both on earnings and revenue(their old CEO knew when to leave) while BAC missed on revenues . both banks you have to assume are big recipients of Feds $40b a month MBS purchases. Dollar just doesn't go as far as it used to. Both banks should pass the upcoming March stress tests with flying colors
All the value its acquisitions 'should' have provided has had both its initial value eradicated as well as its future potential to be accretive destroyed...
Too predictable. That is why I sold 20% of my BAC holdings yesterday at $11.74. Bought back in today near the low. Of course it could go lower than $11.31. But there will be a lot of good news for BofA over the next three months that should make it worthwhile as a hold.
