Though revenue was below estimates, EPS was above, and the lithography giant guided for 2013 sales to be "at a similar level to that of 2012" thanks to a 2H demand pickup. That's going over well in light of bleak industry forecasts. ASML sees investments in advanced 14-20nm processes driving demand, though it expects the memory industry to "continue investing at a minimum level" (a positive for SNDK and MU). CYMI +6.2%.
