It is well past time for the management of RF to reward their long-suffering but loyalshareholders with an increased dividend...they just missed an appropriate opportunity....this should be rewarded by a vote of no confidence at the next annual meeting!

oh joy a totally and completely worthless penny! let's see, they borrow from the feds at .25% max. and deposits at .01%...and they are still in trouble after 5 years; and what are the high management being paid?
if 10 cent, maybe trying, one penny, still going backward!
