    Canada appears just weeks away from inking an historic free-trade agreement with the EU. The deal would immediately eliminate tariffs on about 98% of EU goods coming into Canada, maybe resulting in a 3%-5% price drop for a range of imported consumer goods.

    Nice to see a government somewhere actually working on improving its national economy. Maybe we can try that again in the USA some day.
