Good link Tsch. While Ms. White certainly seems to be part of the revolving 1% she sounds far more qualified and well-suited for the post than Kagan, Sotomayor or Lizzie Warren are for theirs.

Well I'm glad she at least isn't afraid of walking into a courtroom. So thats an improvement (assuming thats true).

But if I understand correctly - she's earned millions over the past couple of years DEFENDING folks against the SEC.

Now does anyone see a potential conflict of interest here?

She seems like a decent individual and an improvement over what exists. But it shows just how broken our system is.

Seriously, Obomo is anti coal, anti natural gas in vehicles, anti North American independence in fuel production and still thinks "Green" alternatives work in solar! Shame on Americans for voting this excuse for leadership into office again.. The strength of America suffered another blow today with his inauguration .. Never thought I would see a socialist USA. More tax and spend and no limits on the debt...
