The Eurogroup could choose Dutch finmin Jeroen Dijsselbloem as chairman to replace Jean-Claude Juncker when it meets in Brussels today. Dijsselbloem's appointment will come despite concerns about his inexperience- he's only been in his job for three months. The Eurogroup is also expected to discuss Spain, Cyprus and Greece, and clash over the ESM.
