Wal-Mart (WMT) will adopt a "zero tolerance policy" from March for breaches of it sourcing regulations, saying it will end agreements with suppliers that subcontract work to factories without telling the U.S. retailer first. Wal-Mart will also require additional safety measures at plants in Bangladesh, where a fire killed 112 people in November at a factory that produced clothes for Wal-Mart.
