    Time Warner Cable (TWC +1.1%) will spend at least $50M in advertising in a broad effort to win back ex-subscribers. The ads will focus on the vast improvements in the company's cable service from a few years ago, according to execs.

  • The company continues to raise rates and fees which alienate customers. No wonder people leave. The company recently added a $4/mo (about $50 yearly, with tax) modem fee just to milk more cash out of customers. The TV content that is approx 50% ads.

    Worthless.

    "Disable the cable" is a good slogan acted on by smart people.
