"Nebraska has now addressed the outstanding concerns you raised when you denied the permit, and we therefore urge to finish expeditiously the review process and approve the pipeline," says a letter signed by 44 Republicans and nine Democrats.

I am also convinced that the (north) American economy is a powerful entity that will regain it's health and recover well. This will drive pipelines, powerplants, renewables, and debt repayment. - lots of debt repayment!
