As I understand the facts of cigarette manufacturing*, those statements are true...so for those other than the tobacco companies, what is the problem?

Is this judge's ruling, not crazy and extremyl narrow-minded? There is not question that cigarettes may be considered addictive, but to compel tobacco companies to state, unequivocally, that they "intentionally designed" them to be so is naïve. By the same toke, Coke, Pepsi, chocolate, beer, and all alcoholic beverages may be considered to be marketed and "intentionally designed" to draw customers back to them time and time again. It's called "marketing."

A judge's duty is to interpret the law and impose it; not to make new law, which this judge(?) is doing.

Why does this judge not make the U.S. Government put on US tax return forms that "we will use most of this tax money for wasteful spending, pork barrel projects, and sending to other countries that don't like us"?

I agree with all the above comments. Most products are additive and or dangerous. Does the weapon kill or is it the user and it's intent. God only knows we can not legislate any more useless Laws on our overtaxed working class. Public opinion is confused with social opinion.. When does a democracy stop being a functional democracy?
