    Transocean (RIG) +2.5% AH after Carl Icahn calls for a $4/share dividend and says he will propose the dividend at the next meeting if RIG's board doesn’t act. Icahn now owns a 5.6% in the offshore rig contractor, but says in the SEC filing that nothing should be construed as an intention to launch a takeover.
