Wednesday, June 22, 2011, 9:36 AM ETEnergy Transfer Partners (ETP -0.1%) and Regency Energy Partners (RGNC -0.6%) will invest $700M to construct a 530-mile natural gas liquids pipeline in Texas, as they seek to ramp up capacity in the region. The new pipeline will offer a minimum capacity of ~130,000 bpd and is expected to be finished in Q1 2013. (PR)
