William Lewis, a member of the Management and Standards committee that dealt with the fallout of the phone hacking scandal, has been named chief creative officer - he'll be in charge of product launches and acquisitions. Anoushka Healy, managing editor of The Times and Sunday Times of London, has been named chief strategy officer.
