While Oracle sells plenty of software, servers, and storage to service providers, it hasn't yet made such a direct foray into infrastructure gear. However, Acme's solutions are differentiated by its Net-Net OS and other software, which arguably complement Oracle's service management and unified communications offerings for telcos and enterprises. ORCL -1.2%. APKT +22.9% to $29.42, slightly above the buyout price.
