  • We bought three properties this past year and bid on a fourth. Prices appeared somewhat low and borrowing is dirt cheap. We're also looking at an inn, a motel, and a ski resort. Prices were so high for so long, but then seem to have overshot on the way down.

  • A ski resort...just curious, where? Are you buying it for the assets or for the business? Tough business, there are several in bankruptcy or barely limping along. Bruce Willis couldn't sell his so he gifted it to a 501(c)3.
