Alberta could offer new environmental initiatives for oil sands development to show the Obama administration that approving the Keystone pipeline (TRP +0.8%) to U.S. Gulf Coast refineries would not increase pollution, the Canadian province’s new envoy in D.C. says. "We have much more in our toolbox," the envoy says, without offering specifics.

  • TRP - Please show Obama the finger! Build to the east coast in existing corridors.

The longer the sillyness continues the less the net back. This option is in "your toolbox" as well.

To all actions there are consequences. So far the administration has been let off by blaming others. This is 100% an administration action. You can not blame TRP, You can not blame Kansas. You sure as hell can not blame the previous administration!

Remember through all of this "It is just money." Somebody has to grow a pair.
