    Of the potential Hulu suitors, Google (GOOG) is the one Netflix (NFLX) needs to watch, Goldman says, "given Google's deep pockets, wide distribution, and video platform." Still, Google would be likely to focus on an ad-supported model, which further limits Netflix's exposure.

    We welcome the competition. IMHO one of the biggest problems has been (getting better) the fragmentation of video on the web. Fragmented not just by having to look through many websites to find "full episodes" of various TV shows, but also fragmented in UI design. Navigating some of these sites is a nightmare, and they are all different. All to be expected, but I'd sure welcome some consolidation is both these areas.
