    Anyone looking for clues on the fate of the Keystone pipeline (TRP) from today's meeting between Canada's foreign minister John Baird and new U.S. Sec. of State John Kerry likely were disappointed, with the two diplomats making nice and Kerry saying vaguely that a Keystone decision would come “in the near term."

    Another pile of typical diplomatic BS as should be expected. Diplomats are no more than servants to the administration.
