    Constellation Brands (STZ) and Crown Imports seek to join the DOJ antitrust lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD) in order to ensure that their interests are protected in front of the court. Since the government stepped in with concerns over the pairing up of Bud Light Lime and Grupo Modelo's Corona, shares of STZ are down 20% and BUD has slipped 10%. A deal which sees A-B divest key brands is still expected by analysts.

    Another insane injection of heavy handed government that can't deal with important issues but loves to hinder private enterprise (while extracting fees and concessions).
