Barclays (BCS) CEO Anthony Jenkins is due to unveil "Project Transform" on Tuesday, when he will provide details about his grand plan to restore the bank's battered reputation, improve profitability, get rid of under-performing businesses and cut expenses. "The rules have changed," Jenkins has already reportedly told staff. They can either sign up to the new culture or they can get out.

Does this include the 275-person head count reduction planned for May, as reported in the press and apparently posted on some NY/NYC websites (as per the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act requirements)?

Note that Barclays Capital had apparently already fired 10's of people (maybe even hundreds) globally last week across IT and Infrastructure, which the press largely seems to have missed, or seems uninterested in reporting.
