Sanofi is already Regeneron's largest shareholder, although the companies have a standstill agreement that prevents the French firm from acquiring more than 30% of Regeneron. The companies are also partners in Zaltrap for the treatment of colon cancer. REGN's shares are due to resume trading at 10:05 ET. (PR)
