Monday, February 11, 7:02 PM ETIf Oracle's (ORCL) Fusion cloud apps are going to live up to Larry Ellison's hype, the company might have some convincing to do: a small Forrester survey of Oracle app clients found 65% saying they have no plans to deploy Fusion. Of this group, 54% said Fusion, offered as part of a broad assortment of cloud solutions, isn't mature enough. Looking at the big picture, Forrester sees Oracle's app revenue stagnating once acquisitions are excluded, and views a mass migration to Fusion as the only way out.
