yes obviously I posted this comment before all that other stuff was announced... and at the time of this posting shares were down only a little bit, not the blood letting going on now due to the shares/dividend cut.

Actaully, Q4 EPS did not beat. It missed by $0.14. The EPS $0.62 included $0.21 from discontinuing business.
