Also pushing higher on Leon Cooperman's 13F filing out earlier this afternoon is SandRidge Energy (SD +4.9%), as his Omega Advisors fund discloses a new 24.4M-share position. Shares hit 52-week lows during the Q4 period as TPG-Axon began agitating for a board shakeup, CEO change and possible sale.

  • Take the CEO and his joke board of directors and dump them into the Pacific Ocean to drill for other fools.

  • I heard Goldman alum Leon Cooperman, when asked on CNBC on January 2nd for some of his ideas for 2013: "We have Sandridge. Not going to say how we will vote but we are listening to both sides."

So Cooperman's statement would imply that he was invested by the record date of December 13th. Vote the GREEN card Leon and vote the self dealers out.

  • Leon in his prime couldn't handle Tom Ward, that guy is as slippery as an eel.

  • SD will hit $10 the day Ward is perp walked out of HQ escorted by FBI agents in those "FBI" windbreakers and sunglasses. The TV cameras will be rolling and the champagne will be popping.

  • What Federal CRIME did he commit that only you know about?

Please list the facts and evidence.

While I agree Ward should be replaced, etc., making slanderous statements with no proof is a moral crime (like you might recall from any religous instruction).

  • My votes went on the GREEN card. Time for Tom Ward to follow his buddy Aubrey McClendon out the door.
