Thursday, February 14, 9:53 AM ETTotal (TOT -2.6%) expects to restart operations soon at its Elgin-Franklin gas field in the North Sea, which was shut down last March following detection of a leak, but won't be back to pre-shutdown output until 2015. Output at the field is expected to reach ~70K boe/day by the end of 2013 and to return to pre-shutdown levels of 140K boe/day by 2015.
