Friday, February 15, 8:36 AM ETEnbridge (ENB) and Energy Transfer (ETP, ETE) agree on terms for the joint development of a project to provide crude oil pipeline access to the eastern Gulf coast refinery market from the crude storage and blending hub in Patoka, Ill. Segments of pipeline currently in operation as part of the ETP's Trunkline Gas system will be converted from natural gas service to crude oil service.
