If Mr. Moynihan's compensation matches his performance, I must have missed every positive news stories about Bank of America, hearing only the negative ones, which were and are legion.

Pete, it could have happened anyway; what has he done that no other reasonably competent executive could have managed? When qualified engineers have to make do on 25k€ per annum, NOBODY deserves even 1M$ p. a., let alone over 11M$!

i am along term shareholder and do not begrudge a salary increase to the chairman but an increase in the dividend is long overdue.
