    CommonWealth REIT (CWH +47%) continues adding to opening gains after two investors disclosed a near-10% stake and said they were prepared to buy the whole company. The investors have asked the company to refrain from a planned secondary of shares and debt tender while they enter into discussions.

    The "repurchase of shares" is wrong, it should be "offering of 27M shares ...". I hope they do take over the company, they have my votes.
